i love mythology, i love the feel, the culture, the absolute temporal meaning. this is my rendition of a wil-o- wisp.

"A will-o'-the-wisp will-o'-wisp or ignis fatuus (/ˌɪɡnᵻs ˈfætʃuəs/; Medieval Latin for "foolish fire") is an atmospheric ghost light seen by travelers at night."

i once dated a photographer, who decided she wanted to focus with her hands, i endulged her wants with minor lesson, creating creatures and intriguing patterns it was astonishing how far she came in such little time, taking from her experience in the other medium to create composition and color scheme. it inspired me to emulate what she had learned... her goal as she stated to me, was to create a universe of creatures and ideals, and with in that find a piece of god.

once upon a time i lived in the bronx, nyc... more like twice upon the times, but the first one was most interesting, i lived with a collection of artist. there i met a collection of performers. and as strange as it was, it was the friendliest of all of my new york experiences...

i broke a glass ceiling in my work, becoming more intricate and utilizing techniques i only reserved for larger paintings, it was a proud and humbling experience...
